Majority Exhibitors to Unveil New Products at MACWORLD Expo/San Francisco.

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 22, 1998--A new survey commissioned for MACWORLD Expo/San Francisco reveals exhibitors will be unveiling a variety of new products and aggressively utilizing the Internet to market and support their goods and services In economics, economic output is divided into physical goods and intangible services. The survey of MACWORLD Expo/San Francisco exhibitors finds as many as 65 percent of exhibitors will roll out new products at the show. Nearly as many, or 60 percent, plan to market, advertise, distribute and support products and services online, the survey found.

"The fact that a majority of exhibitors will be unveiling new products reinforces the strength of the Mac market. The fact that exhibitors will market and support their products online confirms the key role of the Internet in an organization's business strategy."
