Major Litigation May Have Big Impact on Firm's Future.


IF you are a business Owner, it is inevitable that your company will bring or defend the "big case." The big case is the kind of litigious litigious adj. referring to a person who constantly brings or prolongs legal actions, particularly when the legal maneuvers are unnecessary or unfounded. Such persons often enjoy legal battles, controversy, the courtroom, the spotlight, use the courts to punish  matter that will have a profound effect on the future of your company. It may even be a case where you are betting the continued existence of your company on the outcome of the legal action.

It is instructive to remember that no matter how important the case is to your company, the efficiency of the legal representation will always be an issue. Regardless of the stakes, a business owner cannot allow the victory to be pyrrhic pyr·rhic
