Major General Catao appointed FA Association Liaison. (News).


Major General Rui Alves Catao, Brazil's Military Attache ATTACHE. Connected with, attached to. This word is used to signify those persons who are attached to a foreign legation. In this capacity, General Catao will be the Association's advocate among allied military field artillerymen, and he will encourage their membership in our organization.

General Catao has served as an instructor at his army's major military schools, where he taught the Basic and Advanced Field Artillery Courses and served in the Tactics, Doctrine and Policy Sections.
