Majestic Realty Co. Announces ATL Logistics Signs Lease in Pico Rivera, CA.

 Logistics has signed a 61-month lease for 46,600 square feet in Pico Rivera, Calif.

For the owner-developer, Majestic Realty Co. brokers Terry Baker, Kevin McCarthy and Bill Hayden handled the transaction. Brian McLoughlin of CB Richard Ellis in Commerce, Calif. represented ATL Logistics.

Elton Chung, vice president of ATL Logistics, said the location at 8860 Rex Road, was strategically suited to his business, which employs approximately 20 people. ATL Logistics is a subsidiary of ATL Global Group, headquartered in New York.

"ATL Logistics offers our customers a complete package of services from ocean containers, to trucking distribution and delivery, to storage and freight forwarding, and more," Chung said. "In addition to being convenient for hiring, this location is close to the ports and to local freeways."
