MailKey Plans for Public Listing via Merger with International Travel CD's Inc.

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 4, 2003

MailKey Security Solutions has agreed to terms to merge with International Travel CD's Inc. (OTB:ILCD) in a reverse merger transaction. The newly formed entity shall change its name to MailKey Security Solutions. The messaging security company, which was founded to stamp out spam in emails and on mobile phones, has offices in New York, London, Singapore and Bangkok.

Following the reversal, MailKey Security Solutions shall have 27 million shares in issue and the stock symbol is expected to change along with the name to reflect the new company. The shares shall remain on Nasdaq's junior exchange, the OTC Bulletin Board.

MailKey's founder and CEO Tim Dean-Smith said, "Junk mail is a problem that is expanding on a global scale and our listing is an indication of how important our solution is to the market.
