Mahindra USA, Inc.

Anirban Ghosh has been appointed President of Mahindra USA, Inc. (MUSA), a wholly owned subsidiary of Mahindra and Mahindra Ltd., based in Tomball, Texas. Ghosh has been with the Farm Equipment Sector of Mahindra and Mahindra Ltd. since 1999, as General Manager-Sales and Head of the Strategy and Planning, Product Management and Business Planning areas. Prior to his career at Mahindra, he worked in the Indian businesses of Xerox and Hewlett-Packard. Ghosh replaces Derek Johannes, who has been president of Mahindra USA, Inc. since August 2001. Johannes, who assumes new responsibilities in the Mahindra Group, led Mahindra USA from annual sales of 2,000 tractors to more than 10,000 and expanded the dealer network to include almost all the United States.
