Systems Integrator, Magra Computer Products announced the amalgamation with Covesco Capital Corporation to form Magra Computer Technologies Corporation ("Magra"). Magra's commonshares are quoted under the symbol MGRA on the Canadian Dealing Network.

Magra, based in North York, is a "Total Solutions" system integrator, specializing in providing publishing, information management and internet solutions within a variety of computer environments. Magra's immediate growth opportunities will focus onincreasing the geographic scope of the operation and meet long-term expansion plans.
