MagneTek names Berry Group Vice President for International Development.


NASHVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 4, 1995--Electrical equipment manufacturer MagneTek, Inc., has named Glenn A. Berry Lighting Products Group Vice President for International Business Development and Planning. The announcement was made by MagneTek Executive Vice President and Lighting Products Group President Ronald W. Mathewson.

Mr. Berry joins MagneTek from Allied Signal Laminate Systems, where he had responsibility for a $150 million international group with six plants and eight hundred employees in five countries. These diverse businesses supplied copper clad laminate, copper foil, fiber glass cloth a woven fabric formed of glass fibers.

Mr. Berry's previous assignment was: Vice President and General Manager of Allied Signal Components.
