Magnasync enhances Specialist line. (New Products).


Magnasync Corporation recently announced that its line of Specialist recorders has been enhanced with the release of the Express and Enterprise models. Express recorders were designed for smaller recording and branch operations. They feature recording up to 120 channels within a single module. Enterprise recorders offer recording to 256 channels-per-module with a redundant design, featuring modular fans, dual, hot-swap power supplies, and hard disk drives. All Magnasync recorders are designed based on industry standards such as an ODBC-compliant database, ActiveX controls A software module based on Microsoft's Component Object Model (COM) architecture. Ascend features scheduling for predefined recording of agent phones, user-friendly scoring and evaluation form creation, and reporting and report exporting for customers with specific reporting requirements.
