Magal Receives Orders to Protect Sensitive Installations in Israel.

YAHUD, Israel--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 22, 2002

Magal Security Systems Ltd. (Nasdaq NM:MAGS; TASE: MAGS) today announced that it has received orders of approximately US$ 750,000 to protect major sensitive installations in Israel.

The majority of these orders will be reflected in the 2002 financial results.

The orders will include Magal's security systems, such as Vibration Intrusion Detection System, Video Motion Detection System, CCTV cameras and other security systems, all controlled by MagNet, Magal's Security Management System (SMS).
