Madison HGCD to aid fashion giant, Esprit, in return to NY.


Madison HGCD, a retail brokerage firm, announced that it will serve as the exclusive broker and real estate consultant for apparel and accessory retailer ESPRIT as it re-launches its retail operation in the United States United States, officially United States of America, republic (2005 est. pop. 295,734,000), 3,539,227 sq mi (9,166,598 sq km), North America.
