zones: the Black Zone, the Western Roscoelite Zone and the Central Zone. All three of these zones have shown excellent continuity of grade and thickness of mineralization and they are still open to expansion. A new zone, the C9 Zone, received initial drill testing.

The engineering firm of Watts Watts, residential section of south central Los Angeles. Named after C. H. Watts, a Pasadena realtor, the section became part of Los Angeles in 1926. Artist Simon Rodia's celebrated Watts Towers are there. , Griffis and McOuat have been retained to carry out a resource calculation on those portions of the main zones where sufficient drill data is available to construct a block model. The results released today will be incorporated into the resource calculation.

Eight new holes have been drilled in the Black Zone. Holes 92 and 93 indicate that the zone continues along strike to the northwest past holes C16 and C17 which were previously drilled by CRA See Community Reinvestment Act. . Holes 105 and 106 show that the zone continues along strike to the southeast past a southerly offset in the area of previously drilled holes 45, 47 and 48. Holes 90, 91, 108 and 110 are infill in·fill

Five holes were drilled to further test the Western Roscoelite Zone (the "WRZ WRZ Western Roscoelite Zone (mining) "). Hole 107 was drilled to test both the WRZ and the Central Zone. It shows that the dip of the WRZ mineralization flattens at depth and that the zone continues beneath the Central Zone. Hole 107 returned multiple intercepts of the WRZ 30 metres down dip of C13, which intercepted 48 metres of mineralization grading 4.42 g/t gold equivalent.

Holes 100, 101, 102 and 103 tested the northern limb of the WRZ. These holes confirm that the WRZ mineralization continues to the north as a plunging plunge

These holes also confirm that holes 64, 68, 86, 72, 74 and 77 were drilled above the main body of the WRZ and intercepted narrow high grade zones (for example, hole 86 which was drilled 90 metres up dip from hole 100 intercepted 1.5 metres of 29.95 g/t gold equivalent). These new holes have also provided additional information about the angle of plunge The term Plunge has multiple meanings:

  • Plunge (Band), a band
  • The Plunge, a closed historic swim center in Richmond California
  • Plungė, a city in Lithuania.

Holes 94 to 97 and 104 tested a new zone, the C9 Zone, which underlies the Central Zone. The mineralization encountered at depth in holes 94, 97 and CRA s hole C9 may represent the top of a feeder feeder

Holes 95, 96 and 104 encountered the Central Zone as well as additional zones of mineralization above the C9 Zone which may represent fingers of the mineralized feeder to the Black Zone. Holes 98 and 99 show that the Central Zone mineralization continues along strike to the north east past CRA holes C27 and C29. Hole 107 extends the Central Zone mineralization south 100 metres beyond previously drilled intercepts of this zone and it indicates that the Central Zone continues further to the south than originally interpreted.

At the Black Zone, step out drilling is continuing 450 metres south of previous drill holes. Results for these step out holes (including hole 109) have not yet been received. The mineralization encountered to date in drilling is comparable with that of the Black Zone and the C9 Zone. On surface the Black Zone mineralization has now been traced for over 1.5 kilometres.

Drill results continue to confirm the similarities in the occurrence of mineralization at Mt. Kare and at the Porgera mine. The Porgera gold mine The Porgera Gold Mine is a large gold mining operation located in Enga province, Papua New Guinea.
