Madison Avenue showcase.


At the crossroads of tony 57th Street and Madison Avenue Madison Avenue, celebrated street of Manhattan, borough of New York City. It runs from Madison Square (23d St.) to the Madison Bridge over the Harlem River (138th St.). In the 1940s and 50s, some of the major U.S. , where the finest in both commercial and residential real estate reign, renowned retail real estate brokers Faith Hope Consolo and Joseph A. Aquino have taken up residence in their new offices at 575 Madison Ave.

 real estate brokerage Prudential Douglas Elliman in January, Ms. Consolo and Mr. Aquino, who serve as Chairman and Executive Vice President, respectively, went to work designing the space that now serves as the headquarters for the company's newly expanded Retail Leasing and Sales division.

"To compliment the growth of our retail division, we set about creating an office space that would be representative of the Consolo/Aquino team," said Dottie Herman, CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. "We wanted to establish a state-of-the-art office environment for this highly dedicated and motivated pair which devotes itself to finding the most desirable spaces in the city for the world's best known names in retail."

The new third floor facility boasts a 100-foot glass facade that stretches along the length of Madison Avenue. The space was reconfigured to include a research room and conference center along with Ms. Consolo's corner office, which exudes refined elegance with built-in mahogany mahogany, common name for the Meliaceae, a widely distributed family of chiefly tropical shrubs and trees, often having scented wood. The valuable hardwood called mahogany is obtained from many members of the family; in America and Europe it is imported for  cabinetry cab·i·net·ry
