Mike Wilson

Mike Wilson, 41, has served as vice president and general manager of Madge's Token Ring solutions division, based in the United Kingdom, since July 1997. He has been instrumental in ensuring Madge's leadership position in Token Ring is maintained by driving initiatives such as High Speed Token Ring. Mike previously served as vice president, manufacturing and logistics.

Prior to joining Madge in 1994, Mike served as Engineering Software and Service Business Manager for Manufacturing Systems Portfolio Ltd., a subsidiary of International Computers Limited ("ICL (International Computers Ltd., London) The former name of Fujitsu Services, the European-centered arm of the global Fujitsu Group and one of the leading IT services companies in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. ").

Mike Keilty

Mike Keilty, 47, has a wealth of senior management experience in the telecommunications industry, serving a variety of commercial sectors. Prior to joining Madge in October, he spent 11 years at BT North America, the US-based subsidiary of BT. As senior vice president, Mike took charge of commercial business and sales in North America.

Previously he was vice president of product sales, where his role encompassed a domestic and international focus. Mike joined BT North America from FTCC FTCC LE Fletcher Technical Community College (Houma, Louisiana)

, an international record carrier, where he held the position of vice president of sales.

John Wheeler

John Wheeler, 47, has extensive senior-level business management experience. John joined Madge in July from ANS (ANS Communications, Inc, Purchase, NY) An ISP, Internet backbone and provider of private data network services, founded in 1990 as Advanced Network & Services, Inc., by IBM, MCI and Merit (consortium of Michigan universities).  (a subsidiary of WorldCom) where he successfully established and ran the complete European business operation.

Before joining ANS in 1996, John spent seven years at British Telecom as director of the $6 billion Corporate Clients division - a one-stop sales consultancy/marketing/customer service enterprise. He was responsible for helping BT address the telecommunications needs of its top 5000 business customers. Having joined BT as general manager of sales operations, John also held the positions of general manager of the retail and finance sector and director of business sales.

Peter Cox

Peter Cox, 45, has extensive experience in organizational and staff development, internal communications, and change management during company mergers and acquisitions. Peter recently joined Madge from General Accident (UK) where he led the human resources team during the company's merger with Commercial Union. Previously, Peter served as personnel director for Dixons Stores Group and the Argyll Group (following the acquisition of Safeway).

Chris Bradley

Chris Bradley, 37, has extensive international financial management experience. Chris joined Madge in 1996 as finance director and has been responsible for the financial control of the company for the past 18 months.

Prior to joining Madge, Chris spent seven years with Nortel as finance director in the UK, North America and Asia. Before joining Nortel, Chris held financial management positions with COMAG (Hearst Corporation subsidiary), Digital Equipment and 3M.
