Darren Williams (born 28 April, 1977 in Middlesbrough, England) is an English footballer who plays for Bradford City.

Williams began his career at York City, but made his name at Sunderland, for whom he signed in 1996.

Cowper had heard the story from a friend.  hit Benton Black Bull for seven without reply, Daniel Quinn (3) and Ben Lockey scoring.

Mark Nesbit scored twice for Leazes Inn in the 3-1 success at Ship Inn, and Benton Wheatsheaf beat Worswick Street 2-1.

John Redhead nabbed all three goals for Northern Lights, who defeated Tyneview Park 3-2, with Merrick Hammill replying with a double.

Blucher Social won 6-2 at Wallsend Engineers, David Drinkeld hitting four goals, while Paul Weddle hit a hat-trick for Lemington Labour in the 4-0 defeat of Byker Bees.

Grace Inn came out on top 5-4 at Dog and Parrott in F Division.

Wesley Richardson (3) and Darren Lescot (2) scored for Grace, and Mark Tobin hit 2 for Dog and Parrott.

The Ship drew 2-2 with Hazlerigg Victory, while the Wheatsheaf defeated Mauretania 5-0 with Peter Paxon notching twice, as did Michael Whittaker for Independent Reserves in their 4-0 victory over Robin Hood Robin Hood, legendary hero of 12th-century England who robbed the rich to help the poor. Chivalrous, manly, fair, and always ready for a joke, Robin Hood reflected many of the ideals of the English yeoman. .

Walker Jubilee are joint leaders of the Premier Division after a 3-1 victory over Willows, John Campbell nabbed two goals, while Blakelaw Social were held to a 1-1 draw at home to Slatyford Tenants.

Saltwell Social also drew 1-1 with Walbottle Campus, Spy Bar defeated Scotswood Social 3-1 and Craig Pleasant celebrated the only strike to give Springbank Social victory at Greenside green·side

In B Division, Vallum were 4-0 home winners over Throckley United, Dorset Sports defeated Rising Sun 2-0 and Chris Hamilton was on the mark with a hat-trick for Hillheads in the 5-2 defeat of Lemington Social.
