Macrovision Corporation(R) (Nasdaq:MVSN), a world leader in Digital Rights Management (DRM) technologies, and Intraware, Inc. (Nasdaq:ITRA), a leading provider of Electronic Software Delivery and Management (ESDM) solutions, announced today that they have expanded their existing alliance to better optimize the management of digital goods for enterprise technology providers. As part of this expanded alliance, Macrovision has appointed Intraware as a North American distributor of its market-leading software licensing platform, including the FLEXlm(R) and GTlicensing(TM) product families. These products will be offered in conjunction with Intraware's SubscribeNet(R) service, enabling end users to manage their software licenses and entitlements online, in one integrated and convenient location.

This new agreement builds on the January 2002 technology alliance that brought together these leaders in two critical and adjacent markets -- electronic software licensing and electronic delivery -- to provide an integrated license distribution and management application for enterprise software vendors and their customers.
