Macrovision Appoints Loadplan As First UK SafeDisc Reseller.

Macrovision Corporation (Nasdaq:MVSN MVSN Milizia Volontaria per la Sicurezza Nazionale (Italy) ) and Loadplan Ltd. of London, England announced today that Loadplan has become the first U.K. reseller of Macrovision's SafeDisc(TM)CD-ROM CD-ROM: see compact disc.

This agreement will enable Loadplan to provide SafeDisc protection to their information and software publisher clients, particularly in the Business-to-Business sector.
