For companies trying to control costs in today's competitive market, Macpresse balers offer many advantages, from reduced energy consumption to denser bales to safety features of the highest degree.

As with all of its equipment, Sierra backs each of its Macpresse installations with efficient, effective service.

SCRAP PAPER BALERS

** 112

The MAC 112 series baler has been specifically designed for the processing needs of high-volume recycling recycling, the process of recovering and reusing waste products—from household use, manufacturing, agriculture, and business—and thereby reducing their burden on the environment.  plants. A special hydraulic lock balances the baler's 200 tons of compaction force with the counter-pressure force that restricts the material in the extrusion channel, maximizing density on every bale bale

2. a compressed bundle of hay, either about 100 lb tied with wire or twine, or large, round, untied bales, as big as a small hay stack and referred to as 'big bales'.
. This simple patented system greatly reduces operating costs and reduces the risk of mechanical failures. Maximum density is achieved on every bale to increase rail loading, reducing transportation costs.

** 111A.1

The MAC 111A.1 is a completely automatic, high-production baler. It has two motors and pumps to provide maximum production and system redundancy. It includes a compaction trolley trolley: see streetcar.  equipped with four large wheels, four upper wheels and four lateral rollers made of highly wear-resistant hardened steel The term hardened steel is often used for a medium or high carbon steel that has been given the heat treatments of quenching followed by tempering. This is the most common state for finished articles such as tools and machine parts. . The shear blade one of the blades of shears or a shearing machine.
