Mack-Cali signs 20-year deal for 108,000 s/f at NJ complex.

The Louis Berger Group, Inc., a provider of engineering consulting services, will relocate its headquarters from East Orange. New Jersey, and consolidate space from a location in Florham Park, New Jersey Florham Park is a borough in Morris County, New Jersey, United States. As of the United States 2000 Census, the borough population was 8,857.

Florham Park was incorporated as a borough by an Act of the New Jersey Legislature on March 9, 1899, from portions of Chatham

Kemble Plaza II, located at 412 Mt. Kemble Avenue, is a 475,100 s/f class A office property. Mitchell E. Hersh, president and chief executive officer of Mack-Cali stated, "We're delighted that Louis Berger Dr. Louis Berger, a graduate of Tufts College with a degree in civil engineering; an M.A. (soils and geology) from MIT; and doctorate (soil mechanics) from Northwestern, former faculty member of Penn. State's engineering department designed a large portion of the Pennsylvania Turnpike.  has chosen a Mack-Cali property for its long-term New Jersey headquarters. Our strategy when acquiring this property from AT&T was to be able to accommodate larger corporate users in a centralized Morris County location."

George Martin Sir George Henry Martin CBE (born 3 January 1926 in Highbury, London, England) is sometimes referred to as "the Fifth Beatle"—a title that he owes to his work as producer of almost all of The Beatles' records.  and Joseph Messina of Studley represented the tenant in the transaction. Mack-Cali was represented in-house by Jane Greenblatt, senior director of leasing and development; and executives, vice president of leasing.
