The Louis Berger Group, Inc., a provider of engineering consulting services, will relocate its headquarters from East Orange. New Jersey, and consolidate space from a location in Florham Park, New Jersey Florham Park is a borough in Morris County, New Jersey, United States. As of the United States 2000 Census, the borough population was 8,857. Florham Park was incorporated as a borough by an Act of the New Jersey Legislature on March 9, 1899, from portions of Chatham . Kemble Plaza II, located at 412 Mt. Kemble Avenue, is a 475,100 s/f class A office property. Mitchell E. Hersh, president and chief executive officer of Mack-Cali stated, "We're delighted that Louis Berger Dr. Louis Berger, a graduate of Tufts College with a degree in civil engineering; an M.A. (soils and geology) from MIT; and doctorate (soil mechanics) from Northwestern, former faculty member of Penn. State's engineering department designed a large portion of the Pennsylvania Turnpike. has chosen a Mack-Cali property for its long-term New Jersey headquarters.
