New screws for LSR 1. (networking) LSR - Label Switching Router.

, micro-molding, and PET preforms, as well as an extended daylight option and a double-pump option that lets users overlap machine operations, were recently introduced by Boy Machines Inc., Exton, Pa. A 14-mm, 18:1 screw screw, simple machine consisting essentially of a solid cylinder, usually of metal, around which an inclined plane winds spirally, either clockwise or counterclockwise.  is offered for molding small LSR parts on Boy's 12 series (14.5 tons) and 22 series (24.5 tons). The company also developed a special shut-off nozzle An orifice in an inkjet print head through which ink is sprayed onto the paper. Print heads with six thousand or more nozzles are common in today's printers.

for use with the screw. Before now, Boy offered screws as small as 18 nun for LSR on presses up to 38.6 tons.

Boy also has a new 12-mm screw for micro-molding on its 12 series. It can produce parts as small as 0.001 g. The standard 14-mm screw can make parts down to 0.2 g.

Also new is a double-pump option that allows overlapping part ejection ejection /ejec·tion/ (e-jek´shun)

The second pump is smaller than the main pump. A single drive controls both pumps.

Boy also has an option for its largest press, the 90 series, to increase the daylight to 900 mm. The Boy 90 A (100 tons) has a standard daylight of 725 mm. It is available in a new version for molding PET preforms. Tel: (610) 363-9121 * PTDirect: 536UF
