Mach One Corporation: Acquisition of Illumination Fire Protection Int'l Inc.

LAS VEGAS -- Mach One Corporation (PINK SHEETS:MNCN MNCN - MILSTAR (Military Strategic and Tactical Relay) NCA (National Command Authority) Conferencing Network (Ballistic Missile Defense System)) announced that it has acquired 100% of Illumination Fire Protection Int'l Inc. (hereafter Illumination) a developer and manufacturer of fire retardant fabrics for home and commercial use.

Illumination has a unique and flame retardant for treating most textiles. It has positioned its products to comply with new regulations for the new proposed nationwide 'Open Flammability Standard.' This is a result of an accumulation of 30 years of US Fire Marshals and Private Organizations who have pushed towards making flame retardants play a major force in saving lives. This law is now before US Congress waiting for federal approval on January 1, 2007. At the same time another law was mandated for all new bed clothing, manufactured in the USA or around the world entering USA. All companies involved in sales into USA will need to have their products sold as a durable or washable in flame retardant form.

Illumination will manufacture and distribute fire protection products to worldwide markets, beginning in the US and China. To date Illumination Fire Protection Int'l Inc is the only one a very few companies in the world who has a washable and durable fire retardant product for fabrics.

As a result of this acquisition, we are pleased to appoint Mr. Todd Hunter the President of Illumination to the board of directors of Mach One. Mr. Hunter will continue to develop and market Illumination fire retardant products as he has done for the past years. His experience in this industry and his market vision for the product insures continuity of the operation.

Weymann Cheng the President commented, "We are excited to finally have the opportunity to market a great product and be able to work with a fine group of professionals. I look forward to a great 2006."
