The multi-million dollar deal places publishing rights of such Foghat classics as Slow Ride, Fool For The City and Third Time Lucky in the hands of Bicycle, who plans to make the songs from the band's five gold albums, and two platinum albums, available to all digital and visual media.

Polemeni, who was retained by Bicycle Music, also markets the catalogues of various publishing companies such as Stage Three Music, headed by legendary publisher Lionel Conway (Aerosmith's Walk This Way and Dream On, ZZ Top); and Dimensional Music Publishing, headed by COO and President Neil J. Gillis (Dreamworks' catalogue i.e. John Denver, Stevie Ray Vaughan Stephen "Stevie" Ray Vaughan (October 3, 1954 – August 27, 1990), born in Dallas, Texas, was an American blues guitarist. His broad appeal, combination of unbelievable speed, precision, energy, passion and emotion and constant expansion of his Blues style into Funk, Jazz,  and The Byrds).

David Polemeni has given birth to a new style of "music publishing agent," brokering catalogues to hedge fund-backed publishers, as well as continuing on with traditional marketing to film and television.
