Dorothea Lange's lens captured the plight of 1930s migrant workers for readers of Life magazine. ``About Life: The Photographs of Dorothea Lange'' at the Getty covers her work from 1920-60 and is paired with Horace Bristol's 1937 photo series on Dust Bowl migrants in California's Central Valley. On Dec. 4, Food Network chef Sarah Moulton will sign copies of her latest cookbook, ``Sarah Moulton Cooks at Home.'' A three-course lunch prepared from Moulton's recipes will be served - $35 without wines, $50 with. Reservations required. The Jean-Baptiste Greuze exhibit is up through Dec. 1, and the Orazio Gentileschi display continues through Jan. 12.

At the Los Angeles County Museum of Art The Los Angeles County Museum of Art, also known as LACMA, is the official and world-renowned art museum of the County of Los Angeles, California, located on Wilshire Boulevard along Museum Row in the Miracle Mile vicinity of Los Angeles. , ``Making'' is coming Nov. 24 to the Boone Children's Gallery. A collaboration with five art and design schools, the free installation explores art processes through participatory elements. In the main building, artist Keith Edmier and actress Farrah Fawcett consider the relationships between artist and muse, celebrity and fan in sculptures they created of each other for ``Contemporary Projects 7: Keith Edmier and Farrah Fawcett 2000,'' opening Thursday. The works - a mid-'70s Fawcett in marble and Fawcett's rendering of Edmier in bronze - are displayed with examples by Alfred Stieglitz, Man Ray and Auguste Rodin that deal with the same themes. Opening Dec. 5 is ``Munakata Shiko: Japanese Master of the Modern Print,'' whose prolific works display both Asian and Western influences.
