Ford was elected as Member of Parliament (MP) for Edinburgh North on his first attempt, at a by-election in 1920. , who works at Borax. The board scheduled Wednesday's meeting as the time to interview the applicants and make an appointment, but Ford is out of town until next Monday and will not be present. We continue with growth of the Boron area, and I want to make sure the future of the children of the community are addressed, not just in Boron but also (Edwards Air Force) Base children.'' Boroff said. Boroff has four children in the Muroc district, and one who had graduated. Ford could not be reached for comment. Evans resigned April 5 because of ill health. He died April 16. Evans, who held one of the two trustee seats designated for the community of Boron, was serving his second term, which ends this year.
