MTV: Music Television and Sirco International Corp. Announce Licensing Agreement to Launch a Full Line of Young Adult Travel Gear Accessories.

Sirco International Corp. has entered into a licensing agreement with MTV: MUSIC TELEVISION to create and distribute a complete line of S>>M sports bags, travel bags and accessories inspired by the MTV SPORTS franchise, it was announced today by Joel Dupre, President of Sirco and Lisa Silfen, Vice President, Consumer Products, MTV. The line will complement the upcoming fall 1998 launch of MTV's S>>M young adult sports apparel.

The S>>M - MTV SPORTS will include a full range of sports and casual travel bags and accessories including backpacks and daypacks, messenger bags and travel duffels with additional product categories to be introduced following the launch.

Mr. Dupre, notes that "The partnership with MTV will allow us to create exciting S>>M sports and travel related products, incorporating cutting edge designs throughout the full spectrum, from sports bags and travel accessories to belt bags, backpacks, briefcases, luggage, attaches and personal leather goods.
