MTI agrees to joint venture with Germany-based ZF Sachs.Metal Technologies Inc. On August 1, 1895 the Schweinfurter Präzisions-Kugellagerwerke Fichtel & Sachs oHG was founded in Schweinfurt by inventors Ernst Sachs and Karl Fichtel. A.G., Schweinfurt, Germany, formed a joint venture effective March 2 in an effort to serve customers globally. MTI also is interested in Sachs Giesserei GmbH (SGG SGG Synthetic Greenhouse Gas SGG Superconducting Gravity Gradiometer SGG Sialosyl Galactosyl Globoside SGG Snow Gum Group (Australian project management consultant) ), an iron and aluminum foundry in Kitzingen, Germany.
