REDMOND, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 20, 2001

MSNBC.com, (www.msnbc.com) the number one Internet news site and RedHerring.com (www.redherring.com) the leading provider of technology business information and analysis, have entered into a content distribution agreement. The agreement allows MSNBC.com to increase the scope of its technology coverage by incorporating daily RedHerring.com content into the technology business area of MSNBC MSNBC Microsoft/National Broadcasting Company .com's business section. RedHerring.com will be the premier provider of news and analysis for the technology news category.

RedHerring.com joins The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, Newsweek, The Motley Fool, Inside.com, Inc.com and ZDNet as specialty news suppliers for the MSNBC.com Business section.
