Sunday, August 13 -- The Shroud of Turin, revered by some Christians as Christ's burial shroud, will go on display as part of the Roman Catholic Church's millennium celebrations. Church officials said the shroud, bearing the eerie image of a man, would go on display two weeks earlier than planned to allow young pilgrims attending the World Youth Day celebrations in Rome to see it.
