While online, a software application displays users the Caller ID of the incoming call, and gives users the opportunity to screen the incoming (ICW ICW - Interactive CourseWare ) service. With ICW, users can take advantage of traditional call waiting and caller ID services via the Web, meaning that while online they can identify who is calling and manage the call without losing their Internet connection. International Data Corp. forecasts 21.6 million households will subscribe to Internet call waiting services by 2003. There is no activation fee for the service. Monthly fees ranges from $4.95 to $5.95, depending on location.
