Held through July 21 in Washington, DC, the conference brings together asset management professionals from around the globe to share industry best practices and ideas for driving even greater efficiency and cost-savings through strategic asset management.

The conference focuses on the importance of managing strategic assets including production, facilities, transportation and IT, and features 30 client presentations from a wide array of asset-intensive companies. In addition to MAXIMO users from around the world, the event draws many attendees from the Company's U.S. Federal Government customers located in the area.

As part of the event's general session, MRO Software will present its annual Strategic Asset Management (SAM) Best Practices Award, recognizing companies that have deployed an innovative strategic asset management process. These award winners have implemented asset management best practices based on MRO Software solutions, resulting in significant return on investment and return on assets for their respective companies. Areas of concentration may be in the form of extending asset life and reliability, supply chain optimization, safety and compliance reporting, and operational efficiency and productivity deemed crucial in achieving optimal business performance.
