DALLAS -- Nearly 1,300 Maximo Customers and Partners Meet to Discuss Strategic Asset and Service Management

The four-day conference brings together asset management professionals from around the globe to share industry best practices and ideas for driving even greater efficiency and cost-savings through strategic asset and service management.

The conference, which runs from July 17-20, focuses on the importance of managing and servicing strategic assets including production, facilities, transportation and IT assets. The event will feature nearly 40 customer presentations from a wide variety of leading global, asset-intensive companies. MRO World attendees represent a variety of vertical markets including utilities, oil & gas, pharmaceutical, consumer package goods, transportation, hospitality, automotive, government and discrete manufacturing.

Customers will present on a variety of topics that impact asset and service management today such as RFID, ITIL, application consolidation, global deployment, mobile access, capital asset reinvestment planning, third-party outsourcing and SOX compliance.
