He says, "MPM Technologies' origination started as a mining company. We made an election a couple of years ago to get out of the mining business; we've never really turned a wheel in the mining venture, and that property is for sale." We continue to run into seemingly endless red tape in Italy." Looking forward, he states, "We are working with several very, very prominent companies; we're under confidentiality agreements with them at this point. My goal is to attract these two additional companies into our joint venture and they will bring the necessary capital to build our first installation. Keep in mind the gasification piece just doesn't exist out there. And once we can secure the capital to fund a build out, we'll then begin to create the mass balances and economic flows that any customer wants to see. I'm optimistic op·ti·mist n. 1.
