MOORPARK LIBRARY BEGINS NEW CHAPTER : BRANCH TO FORMALLY CELEBRATE EXPANSION.Byline: Alicia Doyle Daily News Staff Writer After months of raising money to help double the size of the once-cramped Moorpark Library, community residents will join city officials this weekend to celebrate the grand opening of the newly expanded branch. ``This library is what we've always needed in this community,'' said Mary Goldberg, children's librarian (1) A person who works in the data library and keeps track of the tapes and disks that are stored and logged out for use. Though the library has been open since June 24, the public is invited to the official grand opening at 10:30 a.m. Saturday. Moorpark Mayor Paul Lawrason looks forward to formally dedicating the project. ``That building is an example of what cooperative efforts can produce,'' Lawrason said. ``That's effort of the county, of the city, and the citizens of the city.
