MONEYMOVER NETWORK NOW MAGIC LINE -- SUPER-REGIONAL ATM NETWORK AVAILABLE TO 1 MILLION INDIANA CARDHOLDERS

 DEARBORN, Mich., Nov. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Today over 1 million Indiana cardholders who use the MoneyMover(R) network will now access Magic Line, the Midwest's largest super-regional automatic teller machine (ATM) network. The MoneyMover network's name changes to Magic Line, through the recent consolidation of Magic Line, Inc. and NBD Bancorp's (NYSE: NBD) Network One in Michigan, and the MoneyMover network in Indiana. ATM cardholders will begin to see the "Weggly ML" Magic Line symbol on MoneyMover network ATMs. MoneyMover cardholders can continue to use their current ATM card to access Magic Line ATM's.
 "Network consolidation is becoming a major trend in our industry. It is an idea whose time has come. The consolidation of the MoneyMover network with Magic Line gives MoneyMover cardholders more convenience in ATM locations not only in Indiana, but throughout the United States. It also allows us to remain competitive in the marketplace and enhance and develop new services for our cardholders," said Thomas E. Hartman, Indiana network manager of Magic Line.
 Magic Line is linked to regional networks throughout the country allowing cardholders to access more than 32,000 ATM's when they travel, as well as machines displaying the Cirrus or PLUS symbols worldwide. The Magic Line cardbase is now 7.4 million, with 4,900 ATM's connected through over 667 financial institutions in the Midwest. In 1992, over 120 million transactions were made within the three networks collectively.
