MOGUL ENTERPRISE, Inc. Announces Manufacturing Agreement with Dekko Medical Devices.

SANTA CLARA, Calif. -- MOGUL[R] ENTERPRISES, Inc. (A privately held corporation) today announced that its newly-created, wholly-owned subsidiary, MOGUL MEDICAL, LLC, has entered into a supply agreement with Dekko Medical Devices, an Indiana-based company, for the manufacture of the MOGUL electrophysiology (EP) diagnostic catheters. According to President & CEO of MOGUL[R] ENTERPRISES, Inc., Jamil Mogul, signing an agreement with Dekko is a positive step in the right direction for his company. This step will create more jobs in Indiana.

"Selecting an Indiana-based contract manufacturer will not only help the local economy by adding more human resources to the Dekko Medical Devices labor force, but it also provides an excellent opportunity for MOGUL MEDICAL to be based and operational in Indiana," said Mogul.

Being based in Indiana, Mogul believes, is ideal for his company. Once manufacturing begins, Mogul plans to relocate MOGUL[R] ENTERPRISES, Inc. to Fort Wayne, Indiana. This new manufacturing agreement aids in making the company eligible for exercising previously offered tax incentives and local personnel training funds that await the company's move to Indiana.

"Additionally, being operational in Indiana will favorably help expedite the effort and the decision-making process for a public grant and a private investment capital that we seek from local investors for our other medical products currently under development," Mogul said.

General Manager of Dekko Medical Devices, Jamie Prescott, said Dekko is very happy to develop a manufacturing relationship with MOGUL ENTERPRISES, Inc. He believes this will help Dekko expand the company's production capabilities and leverage the innovative catheter technology that has taken into account design for manufacturability and assembly in order for Dekko to optimally produce high-quality, low-cost EP catheters.

It has been a long process in finding the right company to manufacture the MOGUL catheters. "We are very excited about the supply agreement and look forward to working with Dekko Medical Devices," said Mogul. "Dekko has highly experienced technical personnel, vast manufacturing capabilities, enhanced production and testing infrastructure. They are also an FDA-registered, GMP-compliant and ISO 13485 certified facility, which can produce the EP catheters on a small or large scale with a quality that we require of a contract manufacturer."

The MOGUL electrophysiology catheters are already FDA cleared and ready to be manufactured. They come in 3, 4 and 5 French sizes with up to 10 electrodes, and a 6 French size with up to 20 electrodes; and their distal tips have steerable and fixed-curve versions. EP Physicians have already been requesting these catheters due to the desired advantageous features, superior performance and price affordability.
