. This new manufacturing agreement aids in making the company eligible for exercising previously offered tax incentives and local personnel training funds that await the company's move to Indiana.

"Additionally, being operational in Indiana will favorably help expedite the effort and the decision-making process for a public grant and a private investment capital that we seek from local investors for our other medical products currently under development," Mogul said.

General Manager of Dekko Medical Devices, Jamie Prescott, said Dekko is very happy to develop a manufacturing relationship with MOGUL ENTERPRISES, Inc. He believes this will help Dekko expand the company's production capabilities and leverage the innovative catheter technology that has taken into account design for manufacturability and assembly in order for Dekko to optimally produce high-quality, low-cost EP catheters.

"By working closely with Mogul Enterprises, Inc, and through our manufacturing excellence and cutting- edge production processes, we will help develop increasing customer confidence in the MOGUL catheter products," Prescott said. It has been a long process in finding the right company to manufacture the MOGUL catheters.
