(TLP) facility for the Shenzi Field Development. The Shenzi Field comprises Green Canyon Blocks 609, 610, 653, and 654 in the Gulf of Mexico Noun 1. Gulf of Mexico - an arm of the Atlantic to the south of the United States and to the east of Mexico Golfo de Mexico Atlantic, Atlantic Ocean - the 2nd largest ocean; separates North and South America on the west from Europe and Africa on the east . The Shenzi TLP will be the fifth and largest Moses design TLP to date, and will have up to 20 subsea production and water injection wells tied back to the facility and will be capable of processing 100,000 barrels of oil and 50 million cubic feet of gas per day. The TLP will be installed in approximately 4,300 feet water depth. Installation of the TLP is planned for summer 2008, and first oil production from the Shenzi TLP is expected mid-year 2009.
