The awards are given out annually by the Oregon Concrete and Aggregate Producers Association for projects constructed in the state during the preceding year.

They highlight excellence in design and construction for projects that use concrete in a wide variety of different ways.

The new roundabout sits at the southern end of the new parkway. It links the parkway to Hayden Bridge Way, Harlow Road and Pioneer Parkway East and West without the need for a traffic signal.
