"In the subsequent expansion build out, we continued our original theme of creating a modern yet traditional design that conveyed the firm's forward-thinking approach right alongside its longstanding reputation."

MKDA designed a warm and sophisticated reception area by using rich cherry wood paneling. To add brightness, the firm used crisp, white limestone flooring. Custom-made banker's chairs with textured magenta upholstery; nickel-and-glass sconces; and glass and steel elements were used to create a vivid, modern accent to the traditional base elements. Contemporary art was also added to create dynamic splashes of color not of the white race; - commonly meaning, esp. in the United States, of negro blood, pure or mixed.
