The program will begin with a keynote address by John McDonough of Cytyc Corporation, discussing one company's challenges in introducing innovative technology that displaces a long-established medical system. A case presentation led by Lydia Villa-Komoroff, CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board. of Cytonome, will explore the decisions facing a medical device company as it introduces a new technology and strives to gain market acceptance. A panel of experts features McDonough along with John Brooks, a partner at Prism VentureWorks, and Jerome Ritz, M.D. of Harvard Medical School Harvard Medical School (HMS) is one of the graduate schools of Harvard University. He also advises on corporate issues common to technology companies, including venture capital financing To start an own company or to bring a new product to the market, the venture may need to attract financial funding.
