Royalties were $5.9 million, an increase of 37% compared to $4.3 million in the same quarter a year ago. Contract revenue was $6.7 million, an increase of 29% compared to $5.1 million in the same quarter a year ago. Net income for the third quarter of fiscal 2004 was $1.2 million compared to a net loss of $4.1 million for the same quarter a year ago. Net income per diluted share for the third quarter of fiscal 2004 was $0.03 compared to a net loss per share of $0.10 for the same quarter a year ago.
