 SAN FRANCISCO, July 15 /PRNewswire/ -- On July 29, 1992, from


8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., a free conference providing procurement information will be held in Oakland. The conference is sponsors by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development; John Stewart Co., property managers for Geneva Towers in San Francisco; and Republic Realty Inc. property of manager for Acorn I and II, in Oakland. The focus of the conference will be on informing minority- and woman-owned businesses of the upcoming contracting and subcontracting opportunities that are available at Geneva Towers and Acorn I and II. If desired, a lunch can be reserved for $15. The conference will be held at Bates Hall, 6670 Foothill Blvd., Oakland.
