MINDSPRING ENTERS DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT WITH MYSOFTWARE COMPANY.

ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 5, 1997--MindSpring Enterprises, Inc. (Nasdaq/NM:MSPG) today announced it had entered a software distribution agreement with Palo Alto based MySoftware Company (Nasdaq:MYSW).
