MIDWEST MANAGEMENT TEAM FOR EPS ANNOUNCED

 PHILADELPHIA, Jan. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Following the announcement that John R. Beran will be Midwest manager of Electronic Payment Services, Inc. (EPS), Beran has named his management team.
 He and his staff will oversee activity for the EPS subsidiary, Money Access Service Inc. (MAC), in the Midwest market. Beran will also continue his current responsibilities as chairman and chief executive officer of the Green Machine Network Corporation.
 The Midwest market for Money Access Sc?e Inc. will include the Banc One, Green Machine and OWL ATM networks, representing a total of 467 financial institutions, with approximately 5,138 ATMs in 10 states, and 8 million cardholders. These networks will be linked to the MAC network in the first quarter of 1993, enabling integration of all network services. Details on the transition will be outlined for Banc One, OWL and Green Machine member financial institutions during a series of meetings in February.
 Beran's management team for the Midwest market includes Steven E. Dawe, vice president/director of Sales and Marketing; William F. Jordan, vice president/administrative services manager with responsibility for financial planning, accounting, contract administration, facilities, legal, purchasing and personnel; Francis M. Zickefoose, vice president and manager of Systems and Services, with responsibility for technology, including programming, operations and technical customer support; and Steven E. Leiter, vice president/general manager of the Cincinnati regional sales and service office, with responsibility for business services, customer relations, operation and sales functions. All current activities will be continued under existing personnel, including customer service and account management for the Banc One, Green Machine and OWL networks.
 Dawe joined the Green Machine network in 1987 and will have responsibility for directing the network sales activities throughout the Midwest market. Dawe holds a bachelor of science degree from Ohio State University and a master's degree from the State University of New York.
 Jordan brings 20 years of experience in banking administration to EPS. As vice president and manager of Client Services for Green Machine Network Corporation, Jordan managed the telephone banking and bill payment areas, as well as administration and finance. He is a magna cum laude graduate of Case Western Reserve University, where he earned a degree in economics. Jordan will facilitate the administrative and finance functions for EPS during the transition period.
 Zickefoose joined the Green Machine Systems and Services Division in 1988 with responsibility for the technological enhancements and continued support of the network. Zickefoose is a graduate of California State University.
 Leiter joins EPS from the Central Trust Company, where he was vice president and sales manager of the Electronic Banking Division, with responsibility for pricing, product implementation and promotion. Leiter has played a key role in the growth of Central Trust's OWL network. A past officer of the American Institute of Banking, Leiter attended Indiana University at Fort Wayne.
