Collectively, they speak for 43.  Properties Limited (SHKP SHKP Sherbimi Kombetar i Punes (Albanian: National Service of Labour) ), one of Hong Kong's largest real estate developers. When completed, the 490-meter, 118-story ICC will be Hong Kong's tallest and the world's third-tallest building in terms of usable floors. The six centrifugal chillers will provide cool air to the office portion of the building. The shipment marks MHI's first delivery of its high-efficiency centrifugal chillers with HFC-134a refrigerant re·frig·er·ant

Kowloon is one of the most skyscraper-forested areas in the world, containing numerous buildings exceeding 200 meters in height. Even so, the ICC will rise above the crowd. With a Ritz-Carlton Hotel on the top floors and offices, retail stores, restaurants, residences and serviced apartments on the middle and lower floors, the ICC will be a complex facility and sightseeing spot serving as a new landmark in Hong Kong.

The six centrifugal liquid chillers shipped have a cooling capacity of 2,056 RT (refrigeration ton[2]) each. The high-efficiency, energy-saving chillers address environmental concerns by adopting HFC-134a chlorine-free zero ozone depletion potential The ozone depletion potential (ODP) of a chemical compound is the relative amount of degradation to the ozone layer it can cause, with trichlorofluoromethane (R-11) being fixed at an ODP of 1.0. Chlorodifluoromethane (R-22), for example, has an ODP of 0.05.  (ODP) refrigerant. A microcomputer control system with color TFT liquid crystal display liquid crystal display (LCD)

In large datacenters, a humidity-free room with a steady, cool temperature is essential for the trouble-free  services conductor of the ICC offer partner, awarded the order with the acceptance of SHKP to MHI in recognition of the chillers' outstanding performance. Hong Kong Polytechnic University The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (Abbreviated:PolyU or HKPU Traditional Chinese: 香港理工大學  has decided to study the adoption of MHI's chillers in collaboration with SHKP as a model case of incorporating an energy-saving air-conditioning system in a skyscraper.

SHKP, publicly listed in 1972, specializes in premium-quality residential and commercial projects for sale and investment. It is actively expanding its business through operation or investment in areas including hotels, social infrastructure projects, financial services and electronic commerce.

MHI is one of the world's leading manufacturers of centrifugal liquid chillers. It provides various chillers for applications involving building and plant air-conditioning, industrial processing, and district-level heating and cooling. To date the company has received orders for 905 units of HFC-134a refrigerant type centrifugal liquid chillers domestically and 136 units overseas. Gathering momentum from the latest order, MHI will now step up its marketing activities in the rapidly expanding East Asia region, including Hong Kong.
