MGM Interactive to showcase 1996 games lineup at Electronic Entertainment Expo; multimedia studio gears up for the holidays with hot new games, children's titles and James Bond dossier.


LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 13, 1996--At this week's Electronic Entertainment Expo, MGM Interactive MGM Interactive is a national company owned by Hollywood Studio, MGM.  will showcase its first CD-ROM CD-ROM: see compact disc.

MGM Interactive is launching a new line of children's software titles under the MGM/UA Family Entertainment brand, building on the identity established by MGM/UA Home Entertainment for its family-oriented home video products. Family Entertainment titles, expected to retail for about $29.95, will be targeted at parents of three- to eight-year-olds and will sport the MGM/UA Family Entertainment logo, which features the famous MGM lion with cute, cuddly cubs.

Thirteen fun-filled sites, featuring beautifully rendered animations and a unique music track, present challenges that help children develop cognitive skills while keeping them amused for hours.
