 MESIROW FINANCIAL SIGNS MULTI-YEAR CONTRACT
 WITH SECURITIES INDUSTRY SOFTWARE CORPORATION
 NEW YORK, March 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Quotron Systems, Inc. subsidiary Securities Industry Software Corporation (SIS) today announced that the financial services firm Mesirow Financial has signed a multi-year service bureau contract with SIS. Under the terms of the contract, SIS will provide Mesirow Financial with the SIS Order Management System (OMS) and Brokerage Accounting System (BAS). SIS will also be developing a special interface for Mesirow which will link other order processing systems to OMS and BAS.
