MEMORIAL SERVICE FOR BCG FOUNDER BRUCE HENDERSON SET FOR 11 A.M., FRIDAY, DEC. 11
BOSTON, Dec. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- A memorial service for Bruce Henderson, founder and former chairman of The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), will be held at Memorial Church at Harvard Yard, Cambridge, at 11 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 11. A reception will be held immediately following the service at 17 Quincy Street, in Harvard Yard.
Speakers at the service will include John S. Clarkeson, president and chief executive officer of BCG, George Stalk, a senior vice president of BCG, and Alan Zakon, former BCG chairman.
Mr. Henderson founded the firm in 1963. He retired in 1985 and was named chairman emeritus. Mr. Henderson died last July 20 at the age of 77.
BCG currently has 1,300 employees in 19 offices worldwide.
