MEMORIAL DAY OBSERVANCES SET.Byline: Daily News LANCASTER -- Memorial Day services will take place in Lancaster, Palmdale and Lake Los Angeles. Lancaster Blvd. Monday's services begin at 8 a.m. at Lancaster Cemetery, 10 a.m. at Joshua Memorial Park, 11 a.m. at Desert Lawn Memorial Park in Palmdale and at 11 a.m. at Stephen Sorensen Park in Lake Los Angeles. The Lancaster Cemetery service will focus on women veterans, with the keynote speech by Flora Belle Reece, a Women Airforce Service Pilot during World War II.
