MEMORIAL DAY OBSERVANCES SET.Byline: Daily News LANCASTER -- Memorial Day services will take place in Lancaster, Palmdale and Lake Los Angeles. The Lancaster Cemetery service will focus on women veterans, with the keynote speech by Flora Belle Reece, a Women Airforce Service Pilot during World War II.
