He said the same thing one day at a meeting of the Woodland Hills Rotary Club. He's been a member of the club for 23 years. ``I told them it's about time It's About Time may refer to:

He helped crack a series of kidnappings and robberies of local pizza deliverymen several years ago, resulting in the arrests of four men facing multiple life terms. He also led the investigative team that arrested suspects in robberies of grocery and Petco stores in the Valley, as well as suspects in many citywide organized-crime and vice cases. On his commendation, his superior officers lauded him as a detective who ``makes things happen,'' as one worded it. ``He has an uncanny ability of being able to follow up on a wisp (1) (Wireless ISP) An ISP that provides fixed or mobile wireless services to its customers. Sgt. Timothy Youngern, now assigned to the Malibu/Lost Hills station, is a 28-year veteran of the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department. He's spent 24 of those 28 years in the field, and his personnel folder is crammed with letters of commendation from private citizens and bravery citations from his superiors. ``Sgt. Youngern continues to receive accolades for the quality of his investigations and his personal concern for crime victims,'' a spokesman for his superior officers wrote. Receiving the Protector Award is one of the highlights of his career, Youngern said. ``You do your job the best you can because that's what you've sworn to do. You don't really think about awards or public recognition. But when it happens, it feels awfully good. It's an honor.'' Chris Margaris has been a California Highway Patrol officer for only eight years, but he already has been assigned a prestigious position as field-training officer in the West Valley Division. ``Officer Margaris is an exemplary role model for new officers, and has compiled an outstanding record in traffic accident investigations,'' wrote a spokesman for his superiors. Like Youngern, Margaris calls the Protector Award an honor. ``It's nice to be recognized in public for the job you do,'' he said. ``There are many good law enforcement officers and firefighters out there who deserve, but never get, an award like this.''
