 MEDSTAT SYSTEMS WINS 4 NEW CONTRACTS
 ANN ARBOR, Mich., Nov. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- MEDSTAT Systems, Inc.,


(NASDAQ: MDST) today announced four new agreements for its advanced decision support systems and national database:
 -- Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Massachusetts, headquartered
 in Boston, has entered into a multi-year contract to license
 and install DataScan software with optional access to the
 MarketScan database. Over time, the agreement will cover a
 minimum of 1 million beneficiaries and their families. Blue
 Cross and Blue Shield of Massachusetts is one of the
 nation's largest Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans.
 -- SelectCare, Inc., headquartered in Troy, Mich., has
 entered into a multi-year contract to license DataScan
 software and use of the MarketScan database through on-line
 services provided by the MEDSTAT Operations Center. The
 agreement covers a minimum of 85,000 beneficiaries and their
 families. SelectCare is one of southeast Michigan's largest
 managed care plans.
 -- Coors Brewing Company, a division of Adolph Coors Company
 (NASDAQ-NMS: ACCOB), headquartered in Golden, Colo., entered
 into a multi-year standard service agreement for comprehensive
 data management services and on-line access to System2 software
 and the MarketScan database. The agreement covers approximately
 13,000 employees and their families.
 -- Georgia Power Company, the largest subsidiary of The
 Southern Company (NYSE: SO), based in Atlanta, entered into a
 similar multi-year standard service agreement for its approximately
 17,000 employees and their families.
